Who has to send this request to the support? Edited

In my project we need to reset the issue counter, and I've found this post:


Is it necessary to request it via an admin account of the project, the instance or anyone can send it?

I've seen that it only requires 2 updates in the database but before the ticket reach, how long can it take?

You have to be named as a site owner in order to raise support request.

How do I know who is the site owner? Can any of this accounts do it? cuentas.PNG

You will have to ask people to find out who the site owner is.

Any account with "site admin" can raise support calls with Atlassian.
