Hi,
While creating the Project under Jira Service Management (JSM) i can see URL is empty in the project what is the meaning of the same.
Should i provide the URL for the project (or) how it would be ?
Please explain in detail how it is going to work in the project level.
Thanks,
Hi @Sreenadh
You don’t have to add a project URL, but you can if you want to.
You can link team members and viewers to an external site by adding a project URL. The project URL is displayed on the Summary page of your company managed projects and in the Projects directory of your site.
For example, you could add a URL in the field that links to documentation about the project, roadmaps, or other important content outside of your Jira project/site. If you use Confluence to collaborate, you could add a link to your team's or project’s Confluence space.
It’s essentially just a field for a url that the project can use to point to something else.
Best regards,
Hamza
