When field value changes then update Labels to match value?

Hello! I am trying to create an automation but am having difficulty.

Custom field: Where will this be used?

Selections for custom field: Organic, Paid

Situation:

When selections change for custom field -- I would like the "Label" field to reflect the same changes. 

Example: Where will this be used? (custom field) is updated with Organic (only), so I would like the label field to automatically update with the same text to match.

Example 2: Where will this be used? (custom field) is updated with Organic and Paid, so I would like the label field to automatically update with the same text to match.
