This is a question you'll need to ask of the project owners or system admins. 

Someone has added this "Name" field to your Jira, and we can't tell you what it is for, we don't know your system!

What do you mean by "'Name' context field"?

The phrase tells us nothing about what thing you are asking about, other than it's something to do with a field.
