We are trying to track how long an issue stays in specific status. What is the difference between the free app vs the Pro? (What are the limitations of the free version?)

Hi @Vie Nguyen@Caio Covos

I'm from the Bloompeak team that develops Status Time Reports and Status Time Reports Free apps.

  1. Status Time Reports: It is the paid one. It has 1 month free trial period and there is no limitation.

  2. Status Time Reports Free: It is completely free. But it has rate-limitation. It has a rate limiting of 1 report rendering per 10 seconds. The rate limiting is based on your Jira instance. That is, if you and one of your colleague trigger report within the same 10 seconds the latter report request will show only 10 issues.

Apart from rate limit, there is no difference between free and paid one. They have the same set of features.

If you have any questions, feel free to schedule a demo with us.

Hope it helps.
