Hello Community,
I'm configuring the JSM Virtual Agent on a Slack channel, and I'm facing a chalenge with the VA not being able to search the Confluence knowledge base we have.
We are using JSM as our ticketing system, and we have a Confluence Space linked to it as a knowledge base.
Because we have the JSM customer portal Open for everyone to send requests and we allow customers to create portal accounts, I have restricted access to the Confluence space to only confluence-users. This is to prevent external customers from being able to see the KB on the Portal.
But with this permission set, the Virtual Agent cannot see the Confluence KB.
Setting the permission on the Confluence space to Anyone in this space can view, it solves the issue, but that also makes the KB visible in the portal for external users.
Isn't there a way to give permission to the Virtual Agent without opening the Confluence space for everyone ?
Thanks !
