Hello,
I am having some difficulties finding the right option in "Jira Service Management (Cloud)".
That's what we want to do:
The information is stored in Confluence, and we have linked this information in "Jira Service Management" in the knowledge base. We wanted to share this information with the customers via the helpcenter using the shareable links. On this page, the customer has to register or log in to see the information. We want to switch off this registration.
If this could be helpful, I can also post such a shareable link here?
Thank you for the help
Best regards
Giuseppe
You need to do it other way around: not in JSM, but on Confluence make that space visible to public, then all non restricted Confluence pages will be available for non registered users. How to make space public: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/make-a-space-public/
Eg. we have this Excel 365 Connector documentation space, which is available to public: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ECSD365/overview
It's available to public and customer can search for articles from the customer portal, also our support agents can reply with links to KB pages
