Problem: We use the same email address both for sending emails via Mailchimp/mandrill (campaigns, info about account, payments etc.) and using it as a helpdesk email.
We want to set up Jira service management both to receive emails sent straight to our email address and replies to emails sent via mandrill with info about the original email
Based on my knowledge it may not be possible unless you work with your mail exchange admins to establish custom re-direct process to achieve what you wanted.
