I'm looking for a way to allow my customers to access the Jira Help Center directly from our website without requiring them to log in again.
We have the ability to pass JWTs or Firebase tokens for authentication, but I don't see how to utilize them in this situation. I’m wondering if there’s a recommended approach to achieve this or perhaps another method that works well for this use case?
Any guidance, best practices, or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the community. The traditional way of accessing portal is designed for security for your site. I know it is inconvenience to your customers, but it is as per designed by Atlassian.
