Hi team,

I have currently purchased SharePoint and created articles in it. I have created Jira Service Management -> Customer Service Project (basically set up Jira as a ticketing tool).

Now, when the customer types the query, I want knowledge articles to show up from SharePoint instead of Confluence. I haven't subscribed for Confluence.

Can anyone please help me in accomplishing this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Mamatha

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

JSM currently only works with Confluence as a knowledge-base.  You can not connect it to Sharepoint (it's unlikely that this will ever be an option to be honest)
