Using Chat in JSD to log conversation on Ticket

Greetings All,

We are looking for ways that our Service Desk team can communicate with the end users that are opening up Incidents or Requests.  We saw that Chat feature in the project, but there was not a ton of detail in there.  

Our specific question is if there is a way with that feature for SD personnel to use Teams to talk to the requestor and that information automatically gets added to the issue?
