Hi
I've created a new user lookup field which I want to add to one of my Request Types in my user portal. However, when I edit the request type, the field is not available for selection.
I have double checked and it's definitely added to the correct screen. I tried adding a different field to that screen, and it was available.
Are there some restrictions about user lookup fields for request types?
Thanks
This should work; I just tested it with a User Picker in a Company-managed Project (both single and multiple users) and those fields are available for me.
Can I confirm...
For me, the fields were in the right-hand list, under the "Other" section title.

Hi Stephen
Thanks, I managed to solve this by going to the custom field, contexts, and clicking modify - despite this being a new custom field. It just hadn't picked up the correct contexts for some reason.
Thank you for your help
