User cannot access JIRA even after invitation due to no access to Emails

Hi Team,

I am trying to add a user to Jira with our domain but he cannot view it due to no email access. 

He already has another account with a different domain. Is this the reason he cannot access our Instance?

Please help me

Hi @S S , if the user has an account under a different domain, it will not impact setting up the same person with a different domain. User accounts are based on emails. So exactly what is happening when you try to invite the user? Is it possible that they anre automatically logging in under their other account? It could be a cache issue in the browser.
