Hello All,

I am implementing a Service Desk and have arrived at a halt.

If there are 2 customer from 2 different companies and I am hosting personalized service desk for each of them on one portal. Is it possible to set permissions for one not to be able to see each other's portal?

qwerty.atlassian.com/Portal
2 projects
ABC  Service Desk
XYZ  Service Desk

john.doe@abc.com be able to see only ABC Service Desk
Jane.doe@xyz.com be able to see only XYZ Service Desk

Please advise.

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

You would use Organizations feature to achieve this on a single project/portal. The other option is different projects but generally organizations is the way to go.

This should resolve the problem. I was exploring the Restrict Portal Access. However, this is much easier.
Thank you so much!
