Hello Community,

since I have not found anything similar I wanted to open a thread to collect useful Filters and/or Dashboards for new or experienced admins.

Please provide any Ideas in the comments.

Since this should (mostly) be for new admins and for Jira only, please consider Jira native functions only: no 3rd party sql functions, Apps or Dashboard-enhancements. [Or at least mark them as such]

I know most things have and should to be tailored for use-cases, but I think there are some things anyone can use.

Kind regards and hopefully we get a nice collection!

1. Unresolved-Issue Filter and the "Time Since" Dashboard Gadget set for updated. Together this gets you a very nice visual on which Issues lay dormant in the system and for how long.

2. "In Sprint"-Issue Filter and Average Age Chart for a Dashboard: Lets you see Issues that were in Sprints but take long or won't be resolved.

3. Pie Chart with unresolved by status: Identifies which Status may collect the most unresolved Issues and where to tackle "old" Workloads

4. Filter Count for High Priority and Unresolved Issues: Fast way to see high priority issues which need to be looked at.
