Use Microsoft Entra for Jira Cloud Administration

Good morning, 

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else has been able to utilize Microsoft Entra for in-depth Jira Cloud administration.  Everything that I have read so far indicates being able to synchronize data from Entra to Jira Cloud (which is fine), but can it do more? 

Can Entra perform Jira Cloud administration tasks like adding Entra/AD (hybrid) groups to Jira organizations, enable, disable accounts, apply licenses, add users to reports, dashboards, projects? 

If Entra cannot do this at this time, is there a plugin or addin that can do this work?
