I have a field, Approvers, used in the request type "Service Request with Approvals". Originally, I was able to add two approvers to the custom field and they would show correctly:
Approvers would be USER A and USER B
I have now removed USER B as an approver and added USER C and USER D as an approver in addition to already existing USER A. I then saved the changes.
Previous approvers: USER A and USER B
Current approvers: USER A, USER C and USER B
However, when doing a test ticket, the previous approvers (A & B) are still showing despite the new ones clearly being present in the field configurations. Why would this be happening? Is there a cache that is holding on the old values somewhere? Any remedy for this? Please advise.
