I have the following
1. contract request for new starter in project HR
2. request for new starter set up in project ISD. This is created using automation from the contract request when the status transitions to ‘Offer Accepted’. This has a link to the contract request
3. Request for new credit card in project FSR. This is created using automation from contract request when status transitions to ‘Offer Accepted’ and custom field credit card required = yes. This is linked to contract request.
how do I link the new starter request and the request for credit card? I need to update the credit card request with username and email that is added to the new user set up after creation.
