Unknown who is the JIRA admin

A previous colleague who had left the company might have been the JIRA administrator. I want to get the administrator rights to change settings. How can I change this? As nobody in our team has any administrator rights.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Maybe it's best to log at ticket with Atlassian support. I presume they will be able to help you transferring admin rights.

Thanks Kris, I tried going through the Atlassian Support but it suggested me to create a community post. Which URL should I use to create a support ticket?

Thanks! I tried different continuations but managed to find one to submit a ticket.
