Unable to create Opsgenie alert from Service requests

Unable to create Opsgenie alert from Service requests

 Opsgenie does not see the the service requests  " type "

we do not use incidents as a request type

 

Also , there is no option to create an opsgenie alert from a seperate email account.

Email integration field is not visible. only response roles is visible ( under integrations )
