Turn off grouping by their tags and similarity

I would like to turn off automatic group creation by AI

Is that possible?

1. If Jira is automatically creating groups or making suggestions for you, this could be part of the Smart Features Jira uses, such as the machine learning feature for issue grouping or auto-assignment.

Steps to disable Smart Features:

Go to Jira Settings > Products.

Under Jira Service Management, go to Configuration.

Scroll to the Smart Features section.

Disable features like Auto-assignment or Machine Learning-powered suggestions.

Disabling these features should stop Jira from automatically creating groups or making automated suggestions.

2. If you're using any third-party AI or automation tools integrated with Jira Service Management, these might be responsible for automatic group creation. Check and disable any unnecessary integrations or add-ons.

• Steps:
  1. Go to Jira Settings > Apps.
  2. Under Manage Apps, review any AI or automation tools that could be responsible.
  3. Disable or configure those apps to prevent group creation

3. If Jira is automatically grouping requests into categories or groups that you don't want, you can turn off grouping for certain request types.

Steps:

Go to Project Settings > Request Types.

For each request type, check if automatic grouping or categories are enabled.
