Trouble integrating JSM with Opsgenie

I was trying to connect JSM with Opsgenie as stated here is this article

Unfortunately there is no possibility to choose the JSM integration in Opsgenie. What can i do to make it work?

Hi @Timo Fitzner

Welcome to the community. 

Can you confirm that both instances are in the same url?  They would have to be in the same instance or it will not allow you to choose it as an option.

@Timo Fitzner : I suggest you open up a ticket with Atlassian.  The JSM option should be visible.
