Trello Premium Billing Issues – Multiple Failed Payments, Support Case Error

I am writing to express serious concerns about ongoing billing problems with my Trello Premium account. Since March, I have repeatedly attempted to pay for my Premium subscription using approximately 6 different bank cards. Unfortunately, none of these payments have been successful.

In April, I initiated a support case to resolve this issue. I've been waiting for 48 hours without a resolution. Furthermore, when I try to follow up on my case, the page displays the error message "Unable to display request."

 

I urgently need to update my default payment method for automatic renewal to prevent further issues. None of the cards I've tried have been accepted. Please provide guidance on how to accomplish this.

 

The inability to access premium features is causing severe disruptions to our workflow. We rely on custom fields and automation, which are currently unavailable. I strongly suggest that Trello consider a grace period before disabling Premium access due to payment issues. This would prevent minor billing problems from escalating into major workflow interruptions.

Please address this matter with the highest priority.
