Hello! I have a question about importing tasks from another ticket system, namely (helpdeskeddy)
Through their API, I uploaded tasks in JSON format.
But when I load this json file, I get an error:
I understand that you need to change this json file to jiri standards. Where can I get full documentation on how to do this?
