My team connected a Confluence Space as a knowledge base in JSM and we are interested in tracking the keywords into the Search result. For example, we want to know which keyword was the most used, and which keyword was used but no result was found. Is there some "native" reports or some add-ons for that?
We tried the one from bitvoodoo team, but it only trakcs the search done in Confluence Site, not from the customer portal...
