Hello! I know that IT projects are not similar with Business projects, so timelines are not really something very useful in ITSM, but is there a 3rd party plugin or something that I can use to view my Support tickets in a timeline fashion?
It would be really useful to view tickets with a creation date and a deadline in a Timeline than in a ticket list.

Timelines aren't available in JSM, but if you have Jira Software, you could create a Company-managed Board, activate the timeline, and see if this works with your JSM data?
