Timeline of Tickets in Status

I'm trying to find a way to produce a report direct in Jira of the number of tickets in a set status at a certain point in time on a weekly basis.  

Currently im using the following JQL to pull data manually and put numbers into excel to track

project = "Service Desk" and status was "Waiting for Support" ON '2023-02-26 23:59'

 

At the moment this covers our whole Service Desk we we need to start breaking this down into clients and with over 30 different clients  we need something more automated that we could put into a dashboard or into Confluence  

 

Anyone have any ideas?
