I would like to have ticket with specific criteria reported in a Calendar View.
I cannot use change tickets for this. Is there a way to do this for the service requests tickets?
We would like to have Calendar view of planned activities requested by customers.
The service requests will have Execution time slot and the Dashboard should be a Calendar which will show these tickets in the respective timeslots.
Information on how to achieve this is much appreciated.

The calendar was just introduce later half of last year to JSM. So, still roughly new. Here's the information on it and what the capabilities are:

Does this calendar also show issues in timeslot or just the day?
For existing projects to get this functionality do we have to wait till it is GA or are there ways to get it into an existing project ?
