Tickets not created on the queues when email request arrived.

Receiving error message on mail handler:

Your request could not be created. Please check the fields have been correctly filled in. Please provide a value for required field 'customfield_10037'

Hello and welcome in the community.

 

Based on my comprehension of this problem I think one of the customfield is required at creation. Creating an issue via mail handler does not allow you to fill this customfield due to lack of configuration possibility. 

So when someone create a ticket , considering this field is not filled you get an error and issue is not created. 

You got multiple choice to  try to fix your problem : 

- you can remove the fiald from mandatory field. 

- you can set a default value on creation
