I'm having this trouble on all my projects. We use the free plan at our company, so I can't ask Jira Support for help. Did anyone have this? How can we fix this?

Hi @Grupo Well - Education1

It seems the error is about Cloudfront. Can you check if you are using Jira Cloud or Datacenter?

If it's cloud, you will see the URL "yoururl.atlassian.net" ending in atlassian.net.

what is your Jira URL?

Are you using Cloudfront? then you might have been rate-limited.

Regards

Aaron
