@Jiří Horák ,

If you just want to have a "Service Desk" for technical issues with the default ITIL practices you can use JSM and just not use the portal.

You cannot turn it really off but if you don't add any customers, nobody will see it and there is nothing forcing you to use it.

Other templates, like JWM are created more for business teams like HR/Marketting/Sales to handle their internal workings.

Hello @Dirk Ronsmans

Yes this is possible option.  We testing JWM for now. We will consider the next step.

Thanks for help.

Hi @Jiří Horák ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

If you don't need portal, sla and other feature related to a Service Desk, you can use a JIRA Work Management template https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/templates/project-management that is a basic template for internal activities.

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hi @Jiří Horák ,

if you need to put in place project from scratch you need to select a not JSM template (Jira work management is ok).

If your project is already up, you need to setup a new project with a Work Management Template and move all issues from the origial project to the new project. Please read the following how to guide https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/convert-a-project-to-a-different-template-or-type/

Let me know,

Fabio
