Sync portal users from directory

Hello,

we would like all users in our Azure AD to become portal users in multiple Service Management projects automatically.

1. Do we need Atlassian Access for that?

2. How can you control which Service Management Projects the users are synced to?

3. Will there be an SSO Login to the customer portal?

You will need to make use of Atlassian Access.

The users will be synced to the whole instance. If you want them to be a part of particular projects, I would add a specific group to the Customers project role in the projects.

SSO can be enforced for anyone that you control the domain for, including those logging in with the customer portal!
