Statut change confirm question / Confirmation de changement de statut

Hi,

Is it possible to display a dialog box to confirm the requested action,namely: - change the status of the ticket (according to the defined workflow)

Yes = we move to the requested status

No = we remain on the current status

The context is ITIL Change Management

Oui = on passe au statut demandé

Non = on reste sur le statut actuel

Welcome to the community!

You can have a transition screen with a customfield "Yes" or "No". Based on the selection, you can move the status with Jira Automation. You will have to figure out in which transition this pop-up.
