I have a problem with some ticket, [System] Service request type, tha has status close but are still visibile as open ticket queue.
How I can fix this problem? How I can delete them from open ticket queue?

Please verify that resolution field has been populated. JIRA considers closed ticket with resolution not empty indipendently from issue status.

I think happening because you have closed the issue but you didn't selected the resolution of the ticket. Similar thread is available on the Community!
