Status is open, but is set to closed

Hello, I have built a workflow. You can close this workflow, then it is set to “Done”, with this status you can reopen it, then the status is set to “Open”. However, if I go from the closed status to Open, the status is also closed at Open. I looked up which screen mask I used, but the screen mask for the transition is “Default Screen” and not “Ressolve Screen”. So why is “Open” shown as closed? That's a bit annoying if you want to filter by tickets. FehlerJira.png

When you move issue from the final status, back in workflow to some other status, you need to remember about clearing the resolution.

Hi @Antonia 

This is not a status, but a resolution.

Adjust your workflow and add a post function to the reopen transition and choose the update issue field post function, select the field resolution and set the value to none.
