I have been getting so many invite email bombs for the last 1 day...
I did not even click accept on any of those invites and this is what my dashboard looks like:

It's still going on... I am still being invited non stop.

Is there anyway to top this madness or is the only way to delete my account?

Why is there no preventive measures for this?

I use jira for work on another account and I hope something can be done about this because I'm afraid if other users who are experiencing the same issue may report jira's email as spam and get it blacklisted..

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Atlassian have a bit of a problem in that it is too easy for 'bots to create Atlassian accounts, and use them to create free Atlassian systems, which then can be used to spam people.

They are trying to do something about this, proactively (I don't know what their thinking is), but on the reactive side, they would like to hear about all systems that are abusive.

The most simple thing you can do (for you) is report it as abuse via email.  Take any one email from a dodgy-looking system and forward it to abuse@atlassian.com .  You don't need to add anything to it or explain why you don't think you should be getting it, they'll ask if they need more before shutting the site down.
