How do you sort the queues in the Priority Group list in the left pane? I know I can reorder the queues but that only affects the view when looking at all queues, not the queues within the Priority Groups. The queues are currently scattered in a very odd view with zero sense to them and we'd need to clean it up before roll out.

You can go to Queue settings >> then Priority groups >> then Manage queue. From there you can reorder the queues ordering.
Here is an older discussion in the community before on why one should consider using the Team priority queues
Hope this also helps.

I have seen that article but cannot figure out how to setup a Team Priority since the article doesn't specify how to do it or where to do it at.
Since I can't the one for Team Priority, I'm having to use Priority groups instead. Thank you for pointing out how to reorder the Priority groups from within each group. I kept looking for a Reorder Queues button and not Manage Queues.

Hi @NoName (great name btw ;) lol)
You can do this by doing the following:
There's a longer support article on it here but I've also included screenshots below!

If you go to Queue settings > Priority groups and click Manage queues you can re-order the queues by clicking on the dots icon on the left and move the queues around.

This partially answers my question. I'm still trying to reorder the dropdown.
If you click on the Priority Group in the left panel, you get the dropdown of all Priority Groups. I cannot find where to reorder that. It's not alphabetized, there is no order to it.
