Set non editable property to one status

Roger Jordan Pérez March 24, 2022

Hi all,

I have created a workflow and I am trying to set the issue as non editable in the last status.

I have set this property "jira.issue.editable False" forthis status, but users keep being able to modify the issue.

do I miss something? I have check the documentation several times and as far as I understood nothing else is needed.

Thanks in advance.

@Roger Jordan Pérez -

I agreed with @Mark Segall statement.  the property value needs to be in lower casing for "false".

Additional hint, you can also restrict issue editing for all users except for project administrators role member -

Here are the properties setup for your reference -

10002 is the role ID for Administrators role in our env.

Hope this helps.
