ServiceNow Integration

How to integrate JSD with Service Now, so that whatever comments we add on JSD gets added in the interaction in Service Now

Hey @Sijo Joseph ,

It is definitely possible either developed or using an intermediate app.

Hi, @Sijo Joseph I guess you've managed to make the integration between the systems so that comments sync in both JDS and Snow. In case you decide to try an alternative integration tool to the one you're probably using, I'd like to suggest taking a look at ZigiOps.

It's a no-code integration platform that allows the transfer of default fields (incident, task, bug, story, etc) + custom fields between the systems and syncs them in real-time. Our tool reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any field.  It works bi-directionally so a change in one of the systems will immediately be present in the other - like in your use case. Feel free to take a look at it and if you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo

Hi @Sijo Joseph ,

OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM) supports the bidirectional integration between Jira Service Desk and ServiceNow. The issue and all custom issue types can be integrated from Jira Service Desk to ServiceNow and vice-versa based on your use case.
