Hi Community,

We're kicking off JSM June by uniting our service management superheroes to put an end to bad service management. As a refresher, bad service management happens when dev, IT, and business teams work in silos, making it impossible to deliver great service experiences. It causes symptoms such as bloated budgets, irritable teammates, painful onboarding, and sluggish timelines, affecting you and your whole organization. 🙅🏻‍♀️

To stop bad service management in it’s tracks, we’re asking you to share what your service superhero team looks like in action!

Respond to one of the prompts listed below to receive the exclusive End Bad Service Management Community badge. Community members are welcome to respond to more than one prompt if they’re feeling extra creative! 

  • Come up with a service superhero name for your team (examples: The Avengers, The Justice League, The Defenders, Guardians of the Galaxy, Teen Titans, Power Rangers)

  • Come up with an AI generated or self-illustrated depiction of your service superhero team

"IceBox" word came to mind when thinking of a team name, why "IceBox" you are wondering?  our team's storage/stage setup room is so cold you need all year round and at time of naming someone in our JSM team was referring to the room by "IceBox" instead of the room number.

A while ago our CTO decided that all the teams should have identities rather than being just Service Management, Digital, etc. and we agreed that we would use constellation names for each team so to reflect the importance of Service Management the team is now Canis Major (or the Big Dogs).
