Hello,

Anyone know if it's possible to add a custom link in the Jira Service Portal that would navigate out to a custom URL (specifically a Google Form in our case). Screenshot below.

Hi @Levi Scott

Unfortunately you can't unless you purchase plugins.

One way to hack it is to create a service desk projects with all requests hidden. Then in the description you can put a url to the Google form.
