Send ticket history in email notification

hi

we're currently still on our 14day trial which in template modifications aren't allowed. we were just wondering if you can send the entire "activity" / ticket history when someone updating a ticket. we would like to encourage our users and helpdesk colleges to rely on email not having to open the website if not necessary.

meaning now someone is making an update the template sending out the div of jsd-message-content class and ${message.content} is there a way (in full, paid version which we will get soon) to include the full history of the ticket every time there's an update?

also here, can i get the KB or any kind of man page of how to work with templates? maybe that'd be easier than to just explain this one thing then i ask another and another about templates..
