I'd like to share my case to see if we can find the best solution.
We have 3 different types of service requests in our Service Desk Portal. Depending on which request is sent, a different automated message is sent to the customer.
The way we are currently doing it is with an automation that adds a public comment to the ticket, which is then sent by email to the costumer. Depending on the type of request, it adds a different text.
It works fine, it gets the job done, but only in one language (Spanish).
We are currently preparing the portal to add another language (English) and we are facing the problem that, even if everything is in English, the automated responses will still be sent in Spanish.
How could we send this messages in different languages?
The easier solution would be having the texts in both Spanish and English, but if there was a way, we would prefer to have the texts in the same language as the request.
