is there a possibility in JSD, that once a ticket has been created via sending Email to the JSD configured Email, it will send the notification alert to the same email thread, and not create another email.

When a ticket is created via email, the Issue Request created notification will be sent separately. Currently, there is no configuration to make the notification a reply instead of a new email/thread.
There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:
