Seeking feedback - External resources on Portal

We recently announced the release of a new capability that allows admins to add links to external resources on their Portal.

How is this different from the existing "Add Shortcuts" ? And where can the non-admin users see the added resources ?

Hi @Rilwan Ahmed , this feature is similar to "Shortcuts" feature but more focused on the customer-facing portal. Help seekers can easily find additional resources on their Portal using this feature.
