Hi guys, could you help me please?
I want to create a gadget within my dashboard that would provide average customer satisfaction information for each employee service.
Something very similar to the Satisfaction Report that I created below, with the number of stars on the left side, and in each column it would be the employees, or something similar to that, so I can get an idea of customer satisfaction with each employee's service.
How can I do this on my dashboard?
I already have a filter that brings all tickets that have the satisfaction field filled in for each employee over a period of 30 days.
Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos ,
There is no native gadget available to do it. You can achieve it using our free app called ITSM Reports for Jira Service Management. This app provides few gadgets useful for service teams and one of them is average CSAT for agents.
This is MVP, so we're extremely open to any feedback from you if this solution is valuable for your team. Also we collect new ideas, so if you want, I encourage you to book a feedback session with us: calendly.com/appsvio
Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos
As far as I know, there is no built-in solution.
Please check this JSDCLOUD-4835 ticket.

Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos
if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll find options there.
E.g., my team and I work on an app in which a report like the one you're looking for would be trivial to create: JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.
With these, a view like the one below can be built in just a couple of clicks:
I should add that JXL doesn't currently have dashboard gadgets (but will have, soon!) - but many of our customers simply use JXL sheets as de-facto dashboards.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes

Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos,
It is possible to display the average satisfaction score and other numbers related to this field, by using the gadgets offered by our Great Gadgets app.
You can have a gadget like this for each service.
See this article on our blog (for more details: An effective dashboard for Service Desk and Customer Support teams in Jira Service Management.
I hope this helps.
