SLA issue

Manuel Rodrigues April 19, 2023

I want SLA's for the issue type "support" but not for the "issue type "new feature"

I've configured the support one but have found that the SLA also applies to the "new feature" issue type, presumably due to the fact that there is a config one can't remove when building an SLA that states "all remaining issues".

Is there a way for me to exclude the issue types that aren't "support" from being under the SLA ?

Hi @Manuel Rodrigues

If you remove the time goal from the 'All remaining Issues' section, then the SLA will only be present on the issues that fall within the JQL of the configured time goals above.

So it should look something like this:

Thanks!
