SLA Question

Dear community,

about a month ago I updated the SLA, from 24/7 to 24/5, only from Monday to Friday and the SLA does not run on weekends.

But now I have a problem that I get up in the morning and see that the SLA is stopped, you don't know what it can be? I set it when I was in the US, and now I'm back in the EU, so can't there be a problem in the time zone?

1. Please, translate your print screen to english, your language looks beautiful, but is difficult understand it. 😁

2. When you wake up, from what time is the SLA paused until what time is it running again?
