Currently the attribute Textarea for an Object in Jira Insight does not include any rich text formatting, which is causing some readability issues on our end.
However, I can read that there is an Insight Rich Editor as mentioned here https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/adding-attributes-to-object-types-1044784524.html for the Textarea attribute.
We are using the cloud version but I do not find such option.
Would be possible to receive some help?
The cloud version doesn't support rich text - heck not even line breaks that would make these fields half usable. It's a shame that such basic functionality didn't make it into the product when Jira itself has a fantastic editor.
