I'd like to introduce you to WorklogPRO - Timesheets for Jira, available on the Atlassian Marketplace.
WorklogPRO offers a hierarchical grouping feature that enhances how you view and analyze work logs. This feature allows you to categorize and view the hours logged by users at various levels, such as by user, project, issue, or issue type.
When you create a report using WorklogPRO, you can customize the grouping by selecting the desired level in the group section of the report settings. This flexibility ensures that you can generate detailed and organized reports tailored to your specific needs.
You can also set up a timesheet as a dashboard gadget. Additionally, WorklogPRO includes features like pivot reports and a calendar view, offering various ways to visualize your data. For more information, please refer to the confluence page WorklogPRO Cloud.
Jira provides Time Tracking and user workload reports for every project. You can find them in the Forecast and Management section in the left nav bar after clicking on reports. You can also use Jira Rest API's to pull this data and build on your custom solution. However if you need more detailed reporting you may want to try out a mktplace app. If you are willing to explore, pls take a look at

The app allows to easily view time entries for multiple issues day wise grouped by assignees in a single view. The app allows to filter/Categorize/Group By your worklogs data and a timesheet view too to track individual time spent. And what's more it can be added as a dashboard gadget.

Clockwork Free or PRO can help you with this. Once you install the App, your existing Worklogs are synced, so you do not need to do much.
After installing the App, navigate to the Timesheet and export the Worklogs for a period by selecting the time range as shown below:
Clockwork also allows you to export this to CSV.
In addition, you can also filter the Timesheet by many other fields, including custom fields. You can filter for Epics, Issue Types, and different Teams.
